Delete your Slotvation account

You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data linked to it. Use the form below, or emailsupport@slotvation.com.

What is deleted

• Your account and nickname.
• The link between your device identifier and your account.
• Your coin balance, level, progress and in-game settings. This cannot be undone.
• Support correspondence about the request, once the request is closed and no longer needed.

What we may have to keep

• Transaction, ledger and purchase-verification records needed for audit, tax, fraud-prevention and legal obligations. Where possible these are anonymised so they no longer identify you.

How it works

• Submit the request below with the email address we can reach you at.
• We may reply to that address to verify that the account is yours before anything is deleted.
• We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will confirm by email.

Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. Purchases are managed by Apple or Google; deleting your account does not refund past purchases.
